Jace Ouchida is a multimedia journalist, photographer, and artist based in Nevada. A graduate of the Reynolds school of journalism at the University of nevada, reno, he was the executive editor of the university magazine, insight magazine, his senior year. he won a hearst feature writing competition award and the Marilyn Newton Outstanding Student in Visual Journalism award. Jace has produced design and video content with Nevada Farmers Market, RSJ 2024 Paris Project, Reno Roots Kava Bar, Reynolds School of Journalism, LCB Associates, Sheila For Ward 5, Bibo Coffee Company, Give Hope Northern Nevada, united way of southern nevada, the mirage, habitat for humanity, nevada state bank, and The Athna Agency. he has photographed Kathy griffin, Sia, and Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul for dos hombres mezcal. in the last year, he published his reporting on the 2024 Paris olympics, the us presidential election, and the Sundance film festival. two of his documentaries have been viewed around the United States.
